The project involves the demolition of structures at 1 property located at 625 15th St SE, Minot, North Dakota, with subsequent site restoration. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond of 5% and contractor’s license in a separate envelope attached to the outside of the bid. A copy of the North Dakota Waste Hauler’s Permit (MSW) and a Hazardous Waste Disposal Plan must be included with the bid. Any issued addendums must be acknowledged on the outside of the bid envelope. The successful bidder will be required to sign the contract and furnish performance and payment bonds equal to the total bid amount. Compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations is mandatory, including the Section 3 employment plan and non-discrimination provisions.
