The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, Pennsylvania is seeking competitive proposals and qualifications from qualified professional environmental consulting firms to serve as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for the Union Station Revitalization Initiative in Brownsville Borough, PA. The required services include remediation planning, engineering design, permitting, and field oversight. The project is funded by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Cleanup Grant. Procurement will adhere to 2 CFR Part 200, and all applicable federal requirements, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Good Faith Efforts, Build America Buy America (BABA), and Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to respond. Complete procurement packages with submission instructions and evaluation criteria are available from the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
