Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Proposals are invited from qualified Design-Build firms to provide integrated design and construction services for the Solar Photovoltaic Field Installation Project at the Klamath County Juvenile Department and Public Department facilities. This project is funded in part by an award from the Oregon Department of Energy Community Renewable Energy Grant Program. Sealed proposals must be marked "Klamath County Juvenile Department Solar Project" and submitted to the Contract and Risk Manager at 305 Main Street, Room 216, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601. No bid will be considered if faxed, electronically submitted, or received after the deadline. Klamath County reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. All proposals are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
