Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Work includes demolition of the existing pole barn, construction of a process building, underground process piping, and miscellaneous site improvements. Work also includes electrical construction associated with the building and modifications to existing electrical. Bidders must include all costs incidental to the work. Products must be prequalified as “equals” as described in the Information to Bidders and bidders must meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit to be eligible. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within 60 days following the due date without prior written consent. The project requires compliance with federal EPA funding requirements, including documentation of efforts to solicit Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), and compliance with federal Executive Orders and EPA regulations regarding DBEs.
