Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pardeeville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Town of Pacific is soliciting separate bids for new asphalt on the following roads: Patchin Rd (2,252' x 20'), Donlin Dr. (620' x 22'), Wealthy Court (700' x 22'), Columbia Dr. (1,020' x 20'), and Dunning Dr. (1,310' x 20'). Work includes 1.75" Binder and 1.75" Surface 4MT58-28S asphalt layers, recycled asphalt shouldering, and all pavement preparation costs such as pulverizing with fine grade, removing weeds, cleaning, sweeping, providing tack coat, saw cutting driveways, and proof rolling. Traffic control is required. Only experienced equipment operators must be used. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance and complete the work by September 1, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to Pacific Town Hall by the specified deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept the most advantageous bid, or waive any technicality.
