Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hill City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of all labor, skill, and materials required to properly construct the Hill City Water System Improvements - PRVs and Booster Stations for the City of Hill City. The primary components generally include the installation of new booster vaults and pressure-reducing valve vaults. The Work is to be completed under one Contract. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Forms and in accordance with the Bidding Documents. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed at the designated office. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or Bidder's Bond for the required percentage of the amount bid. Only Bids with an appropriate bond and a valid South Dakota Contractor's license of the appropriate Class (for the full bid amount) will be considered. The Contractor must demonstrate successful completion of similar municipal utility work. Bidders must comply with all workforce participation goals, EEO regulations, Civil Rights laws, and provisions such as Davis-Bacon, American Iron and Steel, and Public Law 115-232. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive informalities, and award the Contract in the Owner's best interest. Substantial completion is required by September 30, 2027, and final completion by October 15, 2027.
