The work includes removal and replacement of two roof sections and replacement of all sealant joints on the tilt-up wall panels at 19 Tupper Blvd; the roofing section also includes removal of existing membranes, flashing, deck sheathing and air-vapour barrier, new deck sheathing, air-vapour barrier, insulation, membrane, flashing and parapet construction, plus reconnection of roof drains and rooftop solar panels as required.
