Reference Number 00005080032 The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the removal and replacement of the two roof sections and replacing all of the sealant joints on the tilt-upwall panels for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes removal and replacement of two roof sections and replacement of all sealant joints on the tilt-up wall panels at 19 Tupper Blvd; the roofing section also includes removal of existing membranes, flashing, deck sheathing and air-vapour barrier, new deck sheathing, air-vapour barrier, insulation, membrane, flashing and parapet construction, plus reconnection of roof drains and rooftop solar panels as required.
