Site work and paving for a road / highway in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes pavement resurfacing, pavement patching, pavement widening, driveway, sidewalk, curb and gutter removal and replacement, structure adjustments, parkway restoration, and all incidental and collateral work. Bidders must be registered with QuestCDN, download the bidding documents, and submit bids electronically through vBid prior to the stated closing time. Bidders must establish an On-Line Bid ID Code to submit bids and may be required to download all addenda prior to bid submission. The City is not responsible for a bidder's failure to submit an electronic bid due to bidder-side hardware, software, internet connectivity, or account issues. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids well in advance of the deadline. Any BIDDER in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the contract documents, shall email all questions to Alex Schaefer, PE - Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd at aschaefer@cbbel.com. All questions shall be submitted by June 19, 2026. Questions received after this date will not be answered prior to the bid opening.
