Site work and paving for a civil project in St. Clair Township, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
* Award subject to final approval. The work is located on Lambton Line over the Sydenham River, West of East River Road, North of Wallaceburg in the St. Clair Township The work includes but not limited to the following: a) Concrete patch repairs to the deck top and barrier walls b) Replacement of existing expansion joint seals c) Deck drain modifications d) Waterproofing and paving the deck top e) Provisional concrete patch repairs to the girders, diaphragms and barrier walls. f) Regrading approaches and site restoration It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Township will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
