As of July 30, 2026, the project was awarded to McClymonds, with an awarded amount of $5,927.60. Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Big Beaver Borough 2026 Road Paving Project and the supply of stone for this project. All work and materials must conform to current Penn DOT Publication 408 specifications and related bulletins and publications. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes using forms provided with the specifications and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Borough of Big Beaver, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into an agreement upon notice of award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, parts of bids, or items in bids, and may waive defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities. All rules and regulations related to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act apply. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered.
