Demolition of 2367 Kuser Road The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. Township of Hamilton is seeking contractor(s) for demolition services for various structures at 2367 Kuser Road, Hamilton Township Mercer County NJ. Some site photos are provided in Appendix A - PHOTOGRAPHY LOG. General Project Description The successful contractor will be responsible to furnish all equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to accomplish the following as described: Demolition, debris removal and disposal; abandon septic and well water systems if/where applicable. Services Demolition. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary for the demolition of the single family residential dwellings (includes all contents within the structures) and all accessory structures as detailed in "Demolition Locations". It is incumbent upon all Bidders to acquaint themselves with the property(s) and understand the nature of each dwelling requiring demolition. The Contractor shall be responsible to acquaint themselves with the property(s), in its entirety. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the subject property in order to answer any questions as it pertains to this contract. Contractor employees shall not enter the structures except in the process of executing the contract. No explosives will be permitted. The structures and contents are considered to have no salvage value, except as specified. The Township of Hamilton does not guarantee the condition of the properties prior to demolition.
