Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Genesee, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project generally includes construction of a new well house at City Well No. 9, including well lot site work, fencing, installation of a pitless unit and submersible turbine pump and motor in Well No. 9, well house building construction, well house yard and mechanical piping, well house HVAC, and related electrical, instrumentation, and controls work required for a complete and fully functioning municipal potable water production facility; and various water distribution system improvements. Bids will be received at Genesee City Hall, 140 E Walnut Ave, Genesee, ID 83832, until the Bid Closing time. No bids will be received after the Bid Closing time. Tallied results will be provided to all bidders. Bids will not be accepted by email or fax. Question Deadline 07/02/2026 Biddershallsubmit all questions in writing about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
