Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 06/30/2026 Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid should be directed to: DPW_Engineering@manchesternh.gov (must include "PINE STREET PAVING (CDBG) FY26-500-54" in the subject line) or by calling the DPW directly at (603) 624-6444. All questions must be received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the bid opening The City of Manchester is accepting bids for milling and paving approximately 2,200 linear feet of Pine Street, from Valley Street to Lake Avenue. In addition to milling and paving, work will include curb installation and/or reset and sidewalk and curb ramp reconstruction, as required. Other ancillary work may include, but is not limited to, reinstallation and adjustment of utility structure castings, restoration of pavement markings and striping. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount listed above, payable to: "Department of Public Works, City of Manchester, N.H.", as security for the execution of the Contract. A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Award is subject to final approval.
