Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Improvements to Headworks, Mixed Liquor Splitter Box, UV Disinfection, replacement of Secondary Clarifiers 3 and 4, expansion to liquids and solids treatment processes, and replacement or refurbishment of process, HVAC, structural, architectural, and electrical equipment and components. Question Deadline 07/23/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions shall be submitted by email to benjamin.haecherl@hdrinc.com as Owner's Engineering Consultant on the Project. **pre bid notes -Proposers are encouraged to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. Attendees must acknowledge the invitation by providing the names and number of people planning to attend the site visit from their company to the following: benjamin.haecherl@hdrinc.com. This email is strictly for capturing the site visit attendance. Maps with directions to the Site can be made available. No access to the Site other than during this scheduled site visit will be available. Proposers are required to provide their own transportation and proper PPE. Phase I Projects: 1) Improvements to Headworks a) Replacement of process equipment (influent screw pumps and slide gates that have been procured and are part of a fast track design schedule). b) Replacement of HVAC equipment. c) Improvements to building plumbing and hot water supply/feed system. d) Architectural improvements (door replacement, painting and coating, architectural repairs, etc.) e) Structural modifications to the septage receiving station. f) Replace lighting. g) Wiring, electrical, and instrumentation work related to other improvements listed. h) Paving, grading, and drainage improvements around Headworks structure. i) Demolition/removals of abandoned equipment. 2) Improvements to the Mixed Liquor Splitter Box a) Replacement of slide gates. 3) Improvements to UV Disinfection. a) Replace UV Disinfection equipment. b) Channel modifications to accommodate new disinfection equipment. c) New building over UV Disinfection equipment including related electrical, HVAC, architectural, structural work 4) Replacement of Secondary Clarifiers 3 and 4. a) Replace clarifier mechanisms, scum baffles and weirs, effluent launder covers, and related electrical and instrumentation components. 5) Other improvements that may be identified as part of the Preconstruction Phase. Future Phase II Projects: 6) Expansion to the facility's secondary treatment process including but not limited to construction of new treatment basins, clarifiers, and related ancillary facilities. 7) Upgrades to the existing dewatering facilities including replacement of dewatering centrifuges, polymer storage and feed equipment, and biosolids conveyance equipment. 8) Improvements to the anaerobic digestion facilities including repairs or replacement of an existing abandoned digester tank, and improvements to ancillary equipment and facilities. 9) Improvements to the sludge thickening facilities including upgrades or replacement of the existing DAFT and polymer storage and feed equipment. 10) Replacement or refurbishment of process equipment throughout the plant including but not limited to valves, gates, pipe coatings, pumps, etc. 11) Replacement of HVAC equipment at multiple facilities throughout the plant. 12) Replacement of electrical equipment and components at multiple facilities throughout the plant. 13) Architectural improvements to multiple facilities throughout the plant including but not limited to door/hardware replacement, architecturalrepairs, handrail/guardrails, painting and coatings, etc. 14) Structural repairs to multiple facilities throughout the plant. 15) Improvements/updates to the Administration Building including but not limited to updated lab, kitchen, locker/bathrooms, and garage. 16) Improvements to plant electrical distribution system. 17) Upgrades to plant SCADA including updated servers, software, hardware, integration, etc. 18) Demolition/removal of abandoned structures. 19) Site grading and paving. 20) Other items identified during the design and investigative phase to accommodate the phase II projects.
