Sealed proposals marked "Bid Proposal" will be received for 35,800 square yards of asphalt seal coat, single applications, SRL-G, CRS-2 PM. Use No. 8s with 1.0% washed stone. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
