Sealed bids are invited for the Thornbury Township Meeting Room Renovations (Electrical) to be received digitally via the PennBid system. The scope of work includes the General Construction, Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical Work as shown on the Bid Documents and in accordance with the Standard Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount payable to the Township of Thornbury. Attention is called to requirements in the bid package, including PA Prevailing Wage Rates, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price, and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price to begin upon substantial completion or acceptance of the work.
