Sealed bids are requested for the installation of automatic crossing signals in the City of Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey, on the NYSW Southern Division Main at Park Avenue & East 22nd Street (MP 20.14, DOT No. 857180U) and East 24th Street & 17th Avenue (MP 19.98, DOT No. 857181B). Bidders must submit a signed Bid Form by the specified deadline. The project is state funded and requires bidders to have a valid New Jersey business license. Contractors must provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to the contract value and comply with prevailing wage rates, including certified payroll records. Bidders must submit their FRA 219 Drug & Alcohol Testing Plan with FRA acceptance and proof of Roadway Worker Training (RWT) Certification, which must include NORAC Electronic Device Rules.
