Reference Number 0000428632 The Loop Water Authority (Owner) is soliciting Proposals for the Loop Water Authority Advanced Water Treatment Plant and Pump Stations (Projects) for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm. The Owner intends to contract with the selected CMAR firm to assist the Owner and JVA, Inc. (Engineer) in finalizing the design, developing the Construction Documents, and establishing the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The Owner intends to award Preconstruction Services to the selected CMAR under separate Preconstruction Work Authorizations for the Advanced Water Treatment Plant (AWTP) and the Pump Stations (PS) so that the CMAR can provide cost estimating, constructability input, and budget validation for the overall project. Construction Services for the AWTP are anticipated to be awarded after agreement on the final GMP.
