Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the demolition of existing steel pipe supports, protection of the existing ductile iron pipe, installation of new concrete pipe saddles, and coating of exposed pipe, as well as rehabilitation of an existing sanitary sewer manhole. The manhole rehabilitation includes installation of a new precast concrete eccentric cone, fiber-reinforced shotcrete placement, concrete surface preparation, and protection of the existing pipe penetration and boot. Close coordination between onsite contractors is imperative. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate execution schedules, equipment, and working spaces to avoid any delays to the project. All project impacts and delays shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor and shall under no circumstances incur additional costs to WWSD.
