Rotomill and overlay, full-depth reclamation (pulverizing and cement mixing), asphalt paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and other concrete work in the Sheridan Avenue, Riverside Street, Terra Avenue, and Turner Avenue area of the City of Sheridan. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER, Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids or as stated in the Pre-bid meeting will not be answered.
