Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and disposal of existing playground, planting bed, trees, picnic table and concrete pads, walkway, brick pavers, benches, and bollards. Construct a 426m2 spray park concrete splash pad. Installation of Owner supplied spray park features. Construct a 227m2 playground rubberized surface with perimeter concrete curb. Supply and installation of playground features. Supply and installation of precast washroom. Water, storm, and sanitary utility services for spray park and washroom. Power supply from Sam Lindsay Aquatic Centre to spray park control kiosk and activator posts, storm drain manhole with actuated diverter valve, and washroom. Construct 139m2 concrete slabs for provisional shelter, washroom service door, and picnic tables. Construct 243m2 of concrete walkways. Restore grading to disturbed landscaping areas.
