Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Kitimat Courthouse Roof Replacement Removal of existing built-up roofing system and replacement with new SBS roof system. Removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing system and replacement with new asphalt shingle roofing system. Removal and replacement of sheet metal coping and flashings. Installation of new plywood layer over existing plywood deck. Installation of new ballasted guardrails. Removal of rooftop accessories as indicated. Other work as indicated on the Drawings.
