Quotes are being requested for tree removal and pruning within the Borough Right-Of-Way, generally within 10 feet of the edge of the road. All blanks on the attached RFQ spreadsheet must be completely filled in, with pricing submitted only in the required form. The proposal must be signed by an authorized company representative and include a Business Registration Certificate, Certification of Non-Debarment for Federal Government Contracts, "Russia-Belarus and Iran Certification," proof of insurance, a copy of NJ LTE or LTCO license, and a copy of ACRT Line Clearance Certification. If the price estimate is near or above $17,500, a Business Entity Disclosure and Political Contribution Disclosure Forms must also be submitted. No bid or performance bonds are required. All trees listed are to be assumed within the public right-of-way. The Shade Tree Commission will determine the low bidder based on unit pricing for each item. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, unbalanced bids, or waive informalities in the bids, and may award individual RFQ items to different bidders as deemed in the best interest of the Borough of Oakland.
