The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for existing flooring removal and concrete polishing at the Davenport Police Department. Measurements provided are approximate, and contractors are responsible for obtaining exact measurements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for contractors to take measurements, review the scope of work, address questions or concerns, and discuss the City's expectations. All contractors intending to bid must have a representative present at the pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; submissions by email, fax, paper copy, or other methods are not accepted.
