Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Hill City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: THE WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED UNDER ONE CONTRACT AND CONSISTS OF ALL LABOR, SKILL AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO PROPERLY CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT. THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PRIMARY COMPONENTS: Installation of new elevated storage reservoir Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond. Set-asides: 1% MBE, 2% WBE. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 07/15/2026
