Reference Number 0000429569 Removal and installation of approximately 980 linear feet of water main, 980 linear feet of storm sewer, including catch basins and manholes. Full road reconstruction including concrete pavement, curb, and gutter, with an alternate for HMA pavement. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Neubig, ttneubig@hengineers.com (No calls) The City of Hamtramck is requesting sealed bids for the following scope of work: Removal and installation of approximately 980 linear feet of water main via a combination of directional drill and open cut methods, removal and installation of approximately 980 linear feet of 12-inch to 18-inch storm sewer, to include associated catch basin, and manholes. Full road reconstruction of Trowbridge Street between Lumpkin Street and Brombach Street, consisting of new concrete pavement and curb and gutter. The anticipated start date is September 1, 2026, and substantially complete by November 15, 2026, and final completion by November 30, 2026. An alternate bid for concrete curb and gutter with HMA pavement is included as part of the bid package. All structures will have concrete collars installed per the plans and speculations with HMA above.
