Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Marshfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scope of Work The contractor shall: 1. Coordinate installation with Village personnel . 2. Install the Owner-supplied emergency eyewash station in the designated location within the reservoir building. 3. Connect the unit to the existing potable water supply. 4. Install all necessary fittings, valves, supports, and connections required for a complete and functional installation. 5. Verify proper operation of the eyewash station. 6. Ensure installation complies with : Applicable local and state plumbing codes; OSHA requirements; and ANSI Z358.1 standards for emergency eyewash equipment installation and operation. The Village of Marshfield reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Village of Marshfield.
