Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Dallas, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Removal of existing steam powered heating system and installation of a hot water heating system including two condensing boilers, two primary pumps, air/dirt separator, and ion generating air purifiers for air handlers. SCOPE OF WORK Provide and install mechanical , electrical and plumbing equipment in the Lena Sue Beam building to remove the steam powered heating system and provide a hot water heating system . Air purifiers are to be installed on the air handlers. 1. Provide and install (2) two condensing boilers. 2. Provide and install (2) primary pumps to circulate boiler water. 3. Provide and install a new air and dirt separator. 4. Provide and install (2) Ion generating air purifiers in two (2) air handlers . 5. Daily cleanup of all work areas , paths of entry and material delivery and removal . 6. Any damage to buildings , walkways, and foliage will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at their expense. 7. Any deficiencies found in the installation of materials used in the installation that would prevent receiving a green tag from inspectors will be the contractor's responsibility and expense to correct. Air tests will be performed to meet the OSHA standards. 8. The owner is to receive training on all new equipment for facilities maintenance , training to include
