The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed FY 2026 LRA Resurfacing & Patching Project as shown on the construction drawings. In general, the project consists of widening and resurfacing Wilcox Road, Meridian Road, and Lewis Road; resurfacing Leonard Drive; and all associated measures for the complete project. Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 194 consecutive calendar days. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashiers check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
