Description

Project is no longer needed.** Removal of two existing water-cooled chillers and installation of three new air-cooled, ground-mounted chillers, installation of an additional condensing boiler, and installation of perimeter fencing around outdoor equipment. For scope and complexity, similar work is defined as seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the HVAC equipment at the Johnson City Center Facility by removing two existing water-cooled chillers and installing three new air-cooled, ground-mounted chillers. The project also includes but is not limited to the installation of an additional condensing boiler to improve overall system efficiency and reliability. Work will include installation of perimeter fencing around the new outdoor equipment, of as further described in the General Requirements, Description of Work.
