Q/A:- No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications or other contract documents. Any interpretation, revision, deletion, etc., of the bid documents, prior to bid opening will be made by addendum duly issued by the Engineer. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Village Engineer five (5) or more days before the date fixed for opening of proposals. Interpretations which generally apply to all bidders and may affect the submitted bids will be issued in the form of an addendum to the Contract Documents. The addendum, if issued, will be sent as promptly as is practicable to all persons to whom the drawings and specifications have been issued. It is the responsibility of each bidder to check with the Engineer prior to submission of his bid to be sure that he has received all addenda.
