Weed abatement and landscaping services are required for the areas surrounding Building 1733, including the parking area perimeter at 4091 Kinley Avenue. Initial cleanup shall include removing and clearing large weeds and grasses from parking lot islands and surrounding areas within 100 feet of Building 1733. The Contractor shall collect and remove all trash and debris from parking lots, areas around the building, and water retention basins; trim all trees and bushes to maintain a well-kept appearance; and clean the Building 1733 front lobby windows and mesh shade screens. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the required services. The requirement includes quarterly follow-up services during the period of performance. A minimum of four follow-up visits shall be provided and will include weed abatement, tree trimming, and cleaning services as described in the Statement of Work. No site visits will be scheduled prior to solicitation closing. Amendment 01, dated 3 August 2026, changed the security setting on Attachment 04, Statement of Work, to "Uncontrolled/General," extended the solicitation response deadline from 9:00 AM PDT to 3:00 PM PDT on 3 August 2026, and added points of contact for RFQ submissions.
