Project Scope: Project includes sediment removal in the North and South lagoon cells at the Cherokee WWTP and land application of the removed material . Project is FEMA Funded and will include 6" of sediment removal across the entire sludge bed in both the North and South lagoon cells. Unit Price: One Contract shall be awarded for the project that includes all unit price items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid Unit Price includes an amount considered by Bidder to be adequate to cover Contractor's overhead and profit for the identified item. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Question Deadline 08/06/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Paper copies may also be obtained from ISG 1725 Lake Avenue North, Storm Lake, IA, or calling 712.732.7745, upon deposit of One-hundred dollars ($100) which shall be refunded if plans and specifications are returned to ISG no later than fourteen (14) days following award of project. If the plans and specifications are not returned within the allotted time and in a reusable condition, the deposit shall be forfeited.
