Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Irma, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20-square-foot municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction of a new concrete slab for fuel tank installation and concrete repair work at the Forestry Shop. Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department intends to construct a new concrete slab for the installation of two (2) 1,000-gallon above-ground fuel storage tanks and complete additional concrete repair work at the Forestry Shop located in Irma, Wisconsin. The new concrete slab shall be designed and constructed to support the weight of the fuel storage tanks and associated fuel products. The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department will complete the initial subgrade preparation. The subgrade will be compacted and prepared to within approximately one (1) inch of final grade. The successful bidder shall be responsible for final subgrade preparation, including any additional grading or adjustments necessary to meet the requirements of the concrete installation. Sand material will be provided by Lincoln County for final grade adjustments. Additional concrete repair work will be completed inside the Forestry Shop and will include removal and replacement of an approximately five (5) foot by thirty (30) foot section of existing concrete containing an existing drain system. The existing drain connects to a catch basin, which will remain in place and is not part of this project.
