The Complexity Factor for this project is 0 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Region Four/District Six Office in Springfield. Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III engineering services are required to support various projects associated with Operations project and service delivery. The Consultant will provide engineering and project development services for maintenancerelated projects for the Bureau of Operations, supported by various funding sources including Contract Maintenance, Day Labor, Bridge Washing, Bridge Painting, and Vegetation Control. Typical projects may include pavement patching, longitudinal joint repair, intermittent pavement resurfacing, culvert repair or replacement, storm sewer repairs, landscape maintenance, pavement markings, guardrail repairs, shoulder repairs, slope repairs, drainage repairs, bridge painting, bridge washing, distressed tree removal, weed spraying, and other work as funding becomes available to the District.
