Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of curb, sidewalk, and landscape buffer construction , ADA-compliant curb ramps and a driveway approach. Street trees, lawn and street light modifications will be provided in the landscape buffer. New catch basins will be added along the new curb line. HMA roadway paving will occur in the bike lane to tie to the new curb line.
