Eldredge Park is located at the corner of Cliff Avenue and 1st Avenue, East Greenwich, RI (Map 075/Lot 003-254). The park is a historic town landmark situated in a central residential neighborhood adjacent to Eldredge Elementary School and serves as a vital community gathering space. The proposed project will transform the park into a vibrant, fully accessible community gathering space through fountain restoration, shade structures, accessibility improvements, seating, native plantings, and historical signage. This project is funded in part by a RIDEM Green Bond grant with a Town matching contribution , as further detailed in the RIDEM Grant Agreement. All work must be completed by December 31 , 2028.
