Site work and paving for a civil project in Swissvale, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of September 22, 2026, no bids were received. Rebid will probably be in November. Infrastructure improvements including underground utility work, drainage, and road reconstruction. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidders Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check in favor of the Borough of Swissvale in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal, as evidence the bidder will accept and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the Borough of Swissvale. The Borough of Swissvale reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. ATTEST: Document Notes: Requests for mailing will be honored with an additional fee of Eighteen Dollars ($18.00) PER EACH SET. NO documents will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled bid opening.
