Site work and paving for a road / highway in Richland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Richland Center for 2026 street maintenance and improvements, consisting of crack sealing, pothole and pavement repair using spray-injection and mastic patching, and applying an emulsion or MAC5 chip seal or micro surfacing at various locations totaling approximately 30 blocks of City streets, as identified in Exhibit A - 2026 Street Repair List, attached to this RFP. Questions may be directed to Jasen Glasbrenner, Director of Public Works, at 608-647-3466 ext. 225 or jasen.glasbrenner@richlandcenterwi.gov. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026. The following Groups are referenced in the Treatment Group column of the Street Repair List of Exhibit A. Group A - Prep and Chip Seal or Micro Surface (surface choice at the City's discretion), including all associated prep and finish work (including crack sealing, mastic or flex patching, or injection patching). If the bidder is able, they should provide bid line items for emulsion (CRS2P) chip seal, MAC5 chip seal and Micro Seal. The chip seal aggregate shall be a fractured granite. Group B - Crack Sealing, Mastic Patching, Flex Patching, and Spray-Injection Patching (including all associated prep and finish work).
