Replacement of electrical panels at the Liberty Tower Highrise. The MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. on site at the Liberty Tower Highrise located at 520 Liberty Street, California, Pennsylvania 15419. Scope of Services. Engineer, utilizing qualified personnel, including, when required by the Authority, a licensed registered professional engineer, shall perform all the necessary professional services provided under this Contract in connection with the Project and shall do, perform and carry out in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the Authority the following: Perform all investigations and studies, consistent with services referred to in Paragraph 2. Description of Work, that are necessary to properly evaluate all aspects of the improvements proposed to be constructed under this Contract. Included will be the determination from records and field investigations of the conditions for the construction of improvements. Prepare all plans required for the above at a scale of 1 = 30 and all other information necessary for Authority to study and evaluate the Plans. Confirm existing and establish new right-of-way lines within the Project Area by stake markers and show exact location of the various improvements to be constructed within the Project. Prepare and certify the plans at a scale of 1 = 30 and all other information necessary for Authority to study and evaluate the Plans. Make additional field surveys to the extent deemed necessary to perform the design work for the Project. Included will be the elevations at critical points on private property adjacent to proposed public improvements needed for design or determination of eminent domain damages. If easements are required, Engineer shall provide the drawings necessary to obtain said easements.
