The Bloomingdale Interceptor lining project will include utilizing Spiral Wound PVC to line approximately 7,300 linear feet of gravity sewer line of varying size and material. See project drawings and specifications. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount). Question Deadline 08/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and construction equipment, and purchase, deliver, off-load, install, and test the various work required by the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Hydraulic Cleaning of gravity sewer lines, where indicated, to allow for accurate CCTV Inspection. Contractor disposal of all material removed from the gravity sewers. Sewer lines were last cleaned in 2023. 2. CCTV Inspection and documentation of gravity sewers. 3. Machine Spiral Wound PVC lining of gravity sewers, including any modifications to the existing manholes necessary to accommodate the lining equipment. 4. Traffic Control measures, as required. Conformance with all required permits. 5. Final Cleanup, restoration and repair of any damage. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing of plant, equipment, superintendence, labor, skills, and all other items necessary to perform Normal Cleaning, CCTV inspection, and Spiral Wound Lining of gravity sewers, as detailed or required in the Contract Documents.
