Description

Site work and environmental remediation for a development in Kellogg, Idaho. Completed plans call for environmental remediation for a development.

Remediation of mine waste including excavation, hauling, regrading, stream diversion, dewatering, stream reconstruction, retaining wall installation, liner installation, storm water construction, and revegetation. Through this RFQ, the Successor Coeur d’Alene Custodial and Work Trust (Coeur d’Alene Trust) is soliciting information from qualified construction contractors (Respondents) to perform the Standard-Mammoth Reach Remedial Action (RA) Construction Project, the Frisco Black Bear Reach RA Construction Project, and the Canyon Creek Garbage Dump RA Construction Project in the Canyon Creek Basin in Shoshone County, Idaho. Questions from Respondents regarding the RFQ are due by August 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Interviews, if necessary, will follow during the week of September 21, 2026, at the Coeur d’Alene Trust’s office in Kellogg, Idaho. A pre-qualified contractor’s mandatory bid walk is tentatively scheduled for the week of October 5, 2026.
