WOO-TR 68 3.14 Union St Sidewalk The services include preparation of construction contract plans for the replacement of sidewalks on Union St in the Village of Walbridge with a project length of approximately .8 mile. The project will replace sections of deteriorated walk and fill in gaps in existing walk along the north side of Union Street from Rose Street to Martendale Place and the south side of Union Street from Dixon Street to Allen Street. Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) will be installed for crossing Union Street at Grove Street and Allen Street. Existing curb ramps on Union Street will be updated as needed to meet ADA requirements. Drainage improvements will be made as needed for the sidewalk work. Driveway work will be done as needed for walk construction. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
