Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Roof replacement service for Building 46. All questions or requests for information shall be submitted, in writing to Max.L.Gerstenberger@OPWDD.NY.Gov SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Remove approximately 5000 sq/ft of existing asphalt shingle roofing system, remove existing ice & water (if existing ice & water will not come up without damaging 4" thermacal ventilated composite insulation board, existing ice & water will remain and new ice & water will be installed over existing). Total roof will be ice & water regardless. Remove existing shingled ridge caps and provide new shingle ridge caps to match shingles. Any 4" composite insulation board discovered to be deteriorated shall be replaced. Any existing drip edge that is damaged will be replaced with matching white heavy gauge drip edge. Remove and replace exhaust vent covers, typical . Exhaust vents must be installed at a height required by code. Ice & Water, shingle (shingle description below) and cap approximately 5000 sq/ft on roof of building 46. 7'x13' Entryway roof included with sq/ft of roofing. Roof flashing to be assessed and replaced if necessary, and approved by the directors representative. Building is sided with vinyl.
