Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Blakely, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of rehabilitation of the City's existing 250,000 gallon & 1,000,000 gallon elevated water storage tanks. Work includes surface preparation and painting of exterior and interior of both tanks and all other items indicated in these Contract Documents. MBE (4%), WBE (4%) All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
