Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Demolition of existing wooden structure, repairs to stone/concrete foundation, construction of a new wooden deck over chlorination facilities, and protection of existing electrical and chlorination equipment. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Contract #1: Removal of the existing wooden structure and proper disposal off site of the same. Repairs to the existing stone/concrete foundation. Construction of a new wooden deck over the Chlorination facilities. Proper protection of existing Chlorination equipment and electrical facilities during construction. Coordination with the metal building manufacturer for delivery and placement of the metal building (by others) on the completed deck. The work generally consists of, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all equipment, labor and materials, required to: Mobilization/Demobilization; demolish existing structure over Chlorination facilities and proper disposal of same off site; properly protect from the elements and maintain operation of the chlorination/electrical facilities during construction; repair existing stone/concrete foundation; construct new wooden deck over repaired foundation; coordinate delivery of metal building (by others) and oversea the placement (by others) of the building on the wooden deck; site cleanup and proper disposal off site of all excess material; all work to be in accordance with the Plans and consistent with PennDOT publication 408 specifications as applicable and applicable building codes. Contractor is responsible for determining total quantities as work is on a Lump Sum price for entire project. The work is within Tunkhannock Township at TBMA's Ravine Springs Water Facilities.
