Replacement of a submerged stone-arch culvert with precast concrete box culverts, including concrete and stone demolition, excavation, sitework, restoration, utilities, piping, cast-in-place concrete, steel and metal fabrication, cofferdams, bypass pumping, shoring, dewatering, waterproofing, road reconstruction, and segmental block work. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of a submerged stone-arch culvert from Center Street Pond to Seneca River Canal. Replacement culvert sections are precast concrete box culverts (8x8) extending approximately 270 LF and terminates at a precast concrete vault structure (8x12) adjacent to existing canal outlet. The box culvert will terminate at a precast segmental bock headwall at the pond inlet. The work will include concrete and stone demolition, excavation, general sitework and restoration, utilites and piping, cast in place concrete, steel and metal fabrication, cofferdams, bypass pumping systems, shoring and dewatering, waterproofing, road reconstruction and segmental block work. The culvert work is planned to be performed when the canal is dewatered during the winter of 2026 to early spring of 2027.
