Approximate quantities are as follows: The Project consists of one lump-sum contract and is identified as follows: the installation of a natural gas generator at the existing Whitnall Way Lift Station complete as specified, including site work, erosion control, equipment mechanical and electrical work of modifying the existing electrical panel, bypass pumping system , instrumentation and control, painting, concrete, restoration, clean-up, and start-up. Alternate One is identified as follows: the installation of a natural gas generator at the existing Whitnall Way Lift Station complete as specified, including site work, erosion control, equipment mechanical and electrical work of replacing the existing electrical panel , bypass pumping system, instrumentation and control, painting, concrete, restoration, clean-up, and start-up. Alternate Two is identified as follows: the modification of the existing pump control panel at the existing Garden Court Lift Station and electrical as specified, including site work, instrumentation and control, painting, restoration, clean-up, and start-up. Project is to be substantially completed on, or before, June 15, 2027. The Village of Hales Corners has the right to reject or accept any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid combination that is in the best interest of the Village.
