Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 324,000-square-foot, four-story above grade laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.

Regulatory and Security Science Main (RSS Main) Project located on Fallowfield Rd, between Cedarview Road and Greenbank Road, in Ottawa ON will be the central portion of a hub science research project and will support science-based projects. The project (Capital Labs) includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings, Guard shack. The project also involves construction and installation of geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction.
